Stafford House Cambridge

Stafford House Cambridge is at 15 Round Church Street in the historic centre, near the circular medieval church that gives the street its name. Students have access to a lounge and library. For someone choosing between English schools in Cambridge, this location is a practical detail. It places the day’s lessons among the streets and university buildings that visitors often want to explore during a stay in the city.

General English and exam preparation

The school distinguishes between General English for communication and courses directed toward IELTS or Cambridge English examinations. A learner planning to use a particular qualification for university or work can start with the exact exam required, then check which preparation group will be running. Someone mainly interested in participating more confidently in conversations can focus on the timetable for General English instead.

Stafford House describes both homestay and residence options in Cambridge. Masters House has rooms with their own bathrooms and a desk for study. Varsity House is identified as a summer residence, a relevant distinction for students planning a stay during another season. When comparing a timetable with accommodation, use Round Church Street as the teaching address and check the journey from the specific residence or host family being offered.
