Fooyin University Chinese Language Center Kaohsiung

Fooyin University offers a regular group programme for learners of Mandarin at its Chinese Language Center on Jinxue Road. The campus is in Daliao district. The programme is intended for overseas learners who want sustained classroom study, with nine levels spanning introductory through advanced work.

A changing balance of speaking and writing

Fooyin's curriculum gives beginners an oral starting point. Listening and conversation receive particular attention while students begin to read and write. At intermediate level, the balance shifts towards written Chinese and the ability to express ideas on paper.
