British Council Singapore Napier Road

The British Council’s Napier Road centre offers English courses in Singapore at 30 Napier Road, close to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The centre serves adults as well as children and teenagers, making the age group and learning objective important starting points when choosing a programme. Napier MRT station is a short walk from the premises.

Adult English and examination preparation

Adult learners can explore General English and IELTS Coach, alongside private lesson arrangements. The General English schedule includes courses with a speaking or grammar focus. This allows students to consider the particular skills they want to strengthen, whether they need more practice communicating or a clearer understanding of how English sentences work. IELTS-oriented study has a separate examination objective and should be chosen with the intended test and target date in mind.

English programmes for younger learners and holiday camps also form part of the centre’s offering. Families should check age eligibility and the relevant term or camp schedule when comparing options.
