Kiwi English Academy Auckland

Kiwi English Academy is based on Davis Crescent in Newmarket, Auckland. The neighbourhood combines retail, transport and commercial activity, giving students a setting distinct from the downtown waterfront or university precinct. The academy works with both adult learners and younger students preparing for education in New Zealand.

Adult English and examination study

The senior programme includes English language development and examination preparation. IELTS preparation is offered throughout the year, with other examination routes included in the school’s course range. Learners should check the availability and starting-level requirements of their chosen test course.

Adult students can use the Newmarket campus as a base for an English-learning stay or preparation for further education. The school publishes a maximum class size of fifteen at this campus. Current group availability and the mix of course levels should still be confirmed for the intended dates.

Separate routes for younger learners

Kiwi also offers junior programmes and high-school preparation. These are designed around the transition into New Zealand schooling and should be considered separately from adult language classes. Families should review the age requirements, programme structure and support arrangements for the particular junior course.

The physical campus is on the ground floor at 27 Davis Crescent. When choosing accommodation, consider the journey to Newmarket rather than assuming all Auckland schools are clustered in the central business district. The academy’s combination of adult language study and school-transition programmes gives it a specific role within the city’s English education options.
